Before you choose
Does the subscription include implementation?
Implementation is separately scoped and priced. The agreed quote lists configuration, import limits, training and school acceptance.
Can we keep our school policies?
Use supported, versioned school templates. Bespoke integrations and additional development need their own approved scope.
Who collects activity fees?
The school collects directly into its own approved account. Payment evidence remains pending until school finance verifies receipt.
Will future price edits change our agreement?
Accepted commercial versions are retained. New offers do not silently replace an existing customer’s agreed prices or benefits.
